At West Willow Family Dental, your first appointment includes a thorough exam and gathering any information that our dentist must be aware of in order to provide care specifically to your oral health. We understand that all patients are different and require individualized care.

What Every Patient Can Expect

At our practice, every patient can expect to be treated with prompt service at their specified appointment time. Our patients can also look forward to a comfortable experience. We understand that visiting a new dentist can be stressful, which is why our practice works to actively to accommodate all patients and alleviate any fears they may have about a new dentist or dentistry treatments. Familiarizing yourself with our practice, services, and our dentist is a great first step to creating a long term and comfortable experience with dentistry.

Financing

INSURANCE

Dental Insurance is different from Medical Insurance. Many patients aren’t familiar with the specifics of their dental insurance benefits. Your dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier. Please review the insurance benefit booklet provided by your employer to better understand the benefits they make available as part of your insurance coverage. The patient payment portion covered for procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your employer.

An estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company will be provided at the time of your treatment, based on the information they provide us. The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits or the amount that will be paid. We file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. This does not however, transfer the responsibility of your financial obligation to the insurance company. If the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate, then you will be billed the difference or issued a credit on the account in the event of an overpayment. Please let us know if you have questions about our financial policies or financing options prior to your treatment.

FINANCIAL POLICY

For your convenience, we accept payments made with Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also offer financing through CareCredit and Lending Club.

CareCredit and lending Club are available to help you pay for dental procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. CareCredit and Lending Club offer both No Interest financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can take care of your dental health.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be reschedules. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
